Walters E-Commerce Return Policy

Non-Trade Accounts.

Returns and Exchanges may only be processed online through our Customers Service Center within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact our Customer Service Center at 833-993-3266 between the hours of 4:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PST Monday- Friday or online at customersupport@walterswholesale.com

Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and the blank warranty cards. Also, please include the original receipt with the product.>

All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Your refund will be processed within 3-4 days after the item has been received and inspected at our facility. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment.

 If the return is the result of an error by Walters Wholesale, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. If not, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please remember that returned items must be in their original condition for you to receive a refund. This means the warranty card must be blank, all parts and instructions are present, the item is unused, and the item has all the original packaging. Please include the original invoice, packing slip, order confirmation email, and / or the Return Authorization email.

Walters does not issue credit on any cut wire.

Walters does not issue credit on any made to order materials/products

Custom orders and/or special items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.

All sales are FINAL on: clearance, blowout sale, special deals, or any items categorized under these descriptions. Please contact the Customer Service Center for details. 

We cannot accept a return on any product that has been installed or otherwise modified in anyway.

Walters Trade Accounts can handle returns and exchanges in any branch, by contacting their sales representative or by contacting our Customer Service Center at 833-993-3266.

For returns online, please follow the policy for Non-Trade Accounts.

Cash Sale with a Receipt

Any stocked products purchased from Walters Wholesale can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition accompanied with original invoice.*

Non-stock products are not returnable.*

Your refund will be reimbursed in the same manner that payment was taken.**

Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges deemed necessary by Walters Wholesale Electric.*

On-Account Returns without a Receipt

Any stocked products purchased from Walters Wholesale can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations within 60 days of purchase.

Products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.*

Returns will be refunded at the lowest price paid or at billed, if available.

Your refund will be processed in the same manner that payment was taken.**

Non-stock products are not returnable.*

**If branch is unable to return the cash amount a check will be mailed to the customer within one week of return. If purchased using a credit card, refunds must be tendered to the same card; as per CA law. If payment was tendered with a check, a check will be sent to the customer from Walters Corporate office, allow for one week.
